Nitin is a person who genuinely cares about his clients. I visited him when I had a hard time accepting that I have to stay in India. Not only has he helped me in accepting it, he has also helped me overcome issues that I had suppressed for 20 years.

The good thing about him is that he does not hesitate to recommend you to a different counselor, if he thinks that you could benefit from therapy that he's not an expert on. He's confident in his subject, compassionate and listens to you patiently. Of course, he doesn't hesitate to challenge your reasoning when required; and helps you achieve clarity in your thoughts.

Over the last few months of therapy, I have learnt to trust him to guide me towards the truth. It's an ongoing journey that is extra long because of the specific issues I am facing but I have no qualms in saying that if he hadn't been my counselor, I wouldn't have been able to reach where I am today.

Dr. Nitin makes you feel at ease instantly and tries to explore along with you. He tries to understand the root cause of any issue and helps you understand how to control and correct it. There is complete confidentiality between you and him.

Most importantly he asks you the questions which makes you think about yourself and your actions/thoughts and he helps you discover a little bit more about yourself. His help extends beyond his sessions and provides you with information and content that will help you in the overall process.

I have felt extremely comfortable talking about my troubles and within a few sessions I have felt much better about myself because of the awareness and clarity of self that he has helped me establish. I have felt more confident about myself already and look forward to discovering myself fully with his support and guidance.

This was my first time seeing a psychologist. Mr. Nitin is fabulous when it comes to addressing the issues of the patient. I personally feel that it is more important that at your difficult times when you are trusting upon someone, he/she should be able to impart some positivity. And Mr. Nitin will swiftly bring you out from the negative pool you've been into. He listens everything really carefully and isn't judgemental about your problems. I will definitely recommend, as after 2 sessions only I feel a lot better and will​ hopelfully continue to do so.

I am very grateful and thankful to Mr. Nitin Mehra for the support he has given me during one of the most difficult phases of my life. In two sessions I was able to recover myself. He was very patient to listen to me and gave me suggestions according to my needs. His logics helped me to improve my thought process. His recommendations of books also helped me to a great extent. My anxiety has reduced after my first visit itself. I do not know how. He suggested me to read a book and i think it also helped me to reduce my anxiety. I have some fears since many years. I am looking forward for further consultation meetings to deal with my fears and further reduce my anxiety.

I honestly don't have the words to thank Dr.Nitin Mehra, for his help towards my problem. After attending few sessions I found a hard-earned victory over my struggling life.
